When you live in a location as desirable as Fort Collins, something new always seems to be popping up. Something is always changing.

New residents bring new opportunities for businesses and developments. The coronavirus pandemic has ushered in new trends, and existing businesses are adjusting their plans or innovating to find ways to do things better.

Some changes are years in the making, like what to do with the iconic site of the former Hughes Stadium.
